Fixed server crash bug when a vote party has started

Player activity has dropped a lot In the past month so I'm going to need a few changes:
resets will be 2 weeks apart
this season will reset so a regular world this Sunday, so that it wont be that hard to play
some crash bugs will be fixed too
starting items will definitely have axes in starting items

Hello, a lot of players seem confused on who to contact when the server is off-line now that night is gone, if this is the case. Please contact or mention an admin in #channel . Admins are SERVER admins, NOT DISCORD admins.

'Loadout bug' is now supposedly fixed - new tshock update (thanks to @Nightklp for testing this)
Server tShock version updated to 5.2
Fixed a small bug in unscramble where the server thought you already solved something.

Hello everyone! There are a few Bosses that still need to be killed
Because they aren't killed, they do still REQUIRE 5 PLAYERS ONLINE to spawn them for the first time, so don't go acting like they aren't enabled because they are.
The next boss will be The Destroyer which will be enabled THIS Saturday
