By using Ozzaria (the website or game server), you agree to follow these terms. These rules apply to both the website and the game server. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

1. Use of the server

Ozzaria is a community-driven Terraria server. You agree to use it fairly and not disrupt the experience for others.

• No cheating, exploiting, or abusing bugs
• No griefing or intentionally ruining other players' experience
• No bypassing progression systems
• No impersonation of staff or other players

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and any activity that happens under it.

• Do not share accounts
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts
• Each player may use only one Ozzaria account

3. Economy and items

The Ozzaria economy (items, coins, auctions, rewards) is part of the server experience. Gifts, shared farming proceeds, and legitimate trades are allowed. Large transfers alone are not a violation.

• Do not exploit bugs, duplicate currency or items, or use payments, auction listings, or other accounts to bypass economy restrictions
• Do not arrange artificial trades to generate bonus coins
• If a transaction unexpectedly creates extra coins or items, report it to staff and do not repeat the method
• Staff may reverse exploit-generated gains and remove items or listings involved in confirmed abuse
• All economy data is controlled by the server and can be adjusted if required

4. Moderation and review

Staff may take action when reliable evidence shows that a rule has been broken. Responses will be proportionate to the severity and circumstances, including intent and repeated violations.

• Violations may result in warnings, mutes, kicks, restrictions, temporary bans, or permanent bans
• Serious violations may result in an immediate ban without a prior warning
• Comparable cases will be assessed consistently to protect the server and community
• Players may contact staff to request an explanation or review of a restriction, balance adjustment, or punishment

5. Website usage

By using the website, you agree not to abuse or interfere with its functionality.

• No attempts to exploit bugs or bypass systems
• No automated abuse or spam

6. Changes and availability

Ozzaria may change, reset, or shut down features at any time.

• Game worlds may reset between seasons
• Features, balances, and systems may change
• No guarantee of uptime or permanent data storage

7. Limitation of liability

Ozzaria is provided "as is" without guarantees.

• We are not responsible for lost progress, items, or data
• Use of the server is at your own risk

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time as the server evolves. Material changes will be announced in-game and on Discord, with an explanation of what changed and when they take effect. The last-updated date above identifies the latest revision. New rules will not be applied retroactively.
